Personalized neoantigen-targeting cancer vaccines in ovarian cancer: a phase 1 trial

Nature Medicine, Published online: 14 October 2026; doi:10.1038/s41591-026-04717-8A phase 1 trial shows that treatment of patients with high-grade serous ovarian cancer with personalized neoantigen vaccines combined with PD-1 blockade was feasible and led to tumor-specific immune responses in many patients and putative mechanisms of resistance related to antigen presentation were identified via cell-free DNA analysis.
