Perioperative ivonescimab with or without chemotherapy in resectable non-small cell lung cancer: a phase 2 trial

Nature Medicine, Published online: 04 November 2026; doi:10.1038/s41591-026-04745-4In a nonrandomized phase 2 trial, patients with resectable non-small cell lung cancer received perioperative ivonescimab as monotherapy or with chemotherapy, leading to encouraging pathological response rates in both cohorts, and sustained circulating tumor DNA negativity throughout neoadjuvant therapy may be predictive of response.
