A place to focus on daily wellbeing
Hippocrates Wellness is a residential wellness destination on a 55-acre campus in West Palm Beach, Florida. Established in 1956, the organization brings together living-food nutrition, education, movement, rest and community. Its residential setting gives guests time to step away from everyday demands and practice a different daily rhythm.
The experience centers on learning as well as the stay itself: exploring food choices, attending educational sessions and considering which habits can realistically continue at home. People researching lifestyle change, plant-based nutrition or a longer wellness retreat can use an introductory conversation to understand the available programs.
Programs & wellness journeys
The Life Transformation Program forms the foundation of the destination’s approach. More focused offerings address different guest interests and circumstances. Confirm the current schedule, included services and suitability directly with the program team.

Hippocrates describes itself as a wellness destination, not a medical facility. A residential wellness stay should be coordinated with appropriate medical care. Program descriptions do not establish cures or guarantee individual outcomes.
Campus life & accommodation
The campus includes gardens, walking trails, pools and places for education and quiet time. Wigmore Hall hosts meals and learning activities, while the Garden of Vegan connects the food program with growing on campus. A fitness suite, group activities and a meditation labyrinth offer different ways to spend time between scheduled sessions.

Services around the campus
The Oasis Therapy Center lists bodywork, massage and acupuncture among its services. The campus also has an organic salon and a store. VIDA lists nursing support and physician consultations; ask which services apply to your proposed stay and which carry additional charges.

Planning your visit
A useful first step is to request a sample schedule and a written outline of the stay you are considering. This makes it easier to compare the program with your time, budget and personal needs.
- Timing: confirm arrival dates, recommended length of stay and room availability.
- Cost: ask for accommodation, meals, consultations, activities and optional services to be itemized, together with payment and cancellation terms.
- Daily practicalities: discuss dietary requirements, mobility, rest periods, transportation and any companion arrangements.
- Care coordination: explain ongoing appointments and medication needs to your clinician and the program team before travel.
- After your stay: ask what education, resources or follow-up support you can access at home.
